Graphics card questions

So I have a graphics card with two dvi ports and a s video port. One of the dvi ports is dead. Will the video card push frames to motherboard dvi port?

What do you mean? Push what? No it will not why would it, DVI port are just ports it has nothing to do with the motherboard

The graphics card will only work over it's own ports

 

you can potentially enable your CPU's iGPU if you need more display outputs

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...
