Gigabyte fan control

I want to know if there is any piece of software that can help with setting the fan speeds attached to the mobo

 

i have this one:http://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-Z170-HD3P-rev-10#ov

with this bios version: F4

i don't know if it has any updates, because the website is shit and doesn't explain how to perform a bios update

 

first of all speedfan is shit for me and my mobo isn't registered on it so it isn't any help.

second, the bios doesn't let me tweak the voltages

final, EVERY piece of software downloadable from gigabyte's website from mobo support/utility/etc. IS SHIT and doesnt even open propery, the appcenter isn't updatable and doesn't let me startup SIV or easytune

 

PLEASE, if someone knows something tell me, 

 

PS: gigabyte doesn't respond to mail and it seems complaining doesn't help

Gigabyte's fan tool sucks and ya speedfan does not work on the newer boards.

The same guy answered and helped me after I used the gigabyte @bios tool and my PC did not boot. Then called a week later and he told me the fan tool has very little function.

Gigabytes System Information Viewer is your only option about now. They have been worse of the bunch for fan controlling for few gens.
