Will the Phanteks PH-TC14PE air cooler fit in the CM Storm Scout 2

I would like to know if the Phanteks PH-TC14PE air cooler will fit in the CM Storm Scout 2 case. The case dimensions data states that the maximum cooler height is 162mm, The height of the aforementioned cooler with dual fans is 171mm. So then according to the data, it does not fit. But I did some research and found someone who built a pc with that case and cooler and it appeared to fit with the case all closed up. Could someone clear this up for me? I need to know for a FACT if it fits or not.

You can adjust fan height. So if you have lower profile ram or move 2nd fan to pull instead of push, it might fit. Its still tight since heatsink top is already so close to sidepanel.

The heatsink itself fits. The fans can be moved higher or lower depending on your needs. In order for the 'front' fan of the cooler to fit, it would have to be lowered well below into standard height ram territory. The fan would either have to be moved elsewhere like the rear in pull or you would have to avoid using ram where the fan is.
