Okay I am hyped beyond belief for RyZen

 

However, to say it's really 50% faster of 1 benchmark... seems like Iuno, not entirely convincing . I want to see it higher in a ton of benchmarks before I'd say it's "50%" faster.  Just me though

This makes me even more excited to see the 8 core, 16 thread 1700X I'll be getting. I already sold my 3770K based PC. I'm all in on the Ryzen hype!!

well realistically , the 1600x does have a 3.6ghz turbo on one core.

Honestly intel can stop being the giant it is right now. They are great but hearing someone suggest an AMD CPU over an intel one hasn't happened in over 4 years

your CPU is plenty good for gaming though...an upgrade would be pointless with an RX 480, you have nice balance in your system right now.

we will see, but if i am buying something, it will probably be ryzen just to support amd and do my part in increasing market-share, we need these companies at 50-50,
