i5-4570 or Pentium or i3 Lake Series

Does going lake series with pentium or i3 cpu a good upgrade or should i stick to my 4th gen rig and just upgrade my GPU and PSU?

Does going lake series a big deal or big upgrade compare to i5 series 4th gen haswell in terms of gaming like dota2, csgo, overwatch and paladins?

If you can find a second hand i7 4770 or 4790 then that would be probably the best upgrade for you.

stick with whwat you have for sure. nothing on the market at the moment is worth a full upgrade except for a new gpu.
