Looking for 120hz monitor +

Hello trying to finish up my rig and I was Looking for a 120 hz monitor with 1 ms i have three picked out and i have a max budget of 250$

The Asus mg248q has a open box at 213$ As well frys has the ASUS VG248QE non refurb if refurb is a problem

Difference between Asus MG and VG is that MG supports freesync (u need AMD GPU to take advantage of that technology).

im going with a msi gaming x 1070 so will there be any problems? i want to have atleast 120 fps in some games and the mg has some reviews saying the 144 hzs doesnt work

U wont have any problems its just $50 mroe expensive than other choices u listed and I dont know if the monitor is of better image quiality or build quality compared to the other listings. Paying $50 purely for Freesync option is not worth it if u dont use it. 

Have a look at Benq XL2411Z if u can find it for the priice u would pay for it. It would probably be the best option for u.

I dont need your specs lol. U dont have AMD so u wont use Freesync.
