Best $50 air cooler for kaby/sky

Hey,

 

I hate the endless sea of similar products from different companies. I like it simple, so I won't bother with water cooling. I thought evo 212 would be the go-to cpu fan but it's not even listed in many top lists. Can someone give me a straight answer, best $50 air cooler. Simple and sweet. Best, better, bestest.

Ok, then i expect it to be quieter, cooler and better quality than the evo 212. It has to be the best best best!

The fan can run up to 500 RPM faster than the evo 212

Pure Rock is best of cheap coolers atm. Ofc if you can get good deal, H5 and Dark Rock 3 are up a tier.

What cpu are you cooling and what dollars are you using?
