The 1050ti or the rx 470 would be more balanced, the rx480 and gtx 1060 will be bottlenecked by the more intensive CPU titles like watch dogs, gta, battlefield etc...

might bottleneck it a bit, if you overclock it its fine

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

At stock speeds it will definitely bottleneck it.  A modern i3 will beat that in both single and mult-threaded processes.

What you can get out of OC'ing may change that.

Read a few guides and watch a few videos.  Get a new cooler if you're still using the stock one.

If you're scared, just don't touch the voltage, and keep the Prime95 temps below 90C.  It can handle higher temps, you're just better off not risking it.

The 480 is better in many titles thanks to driver updates.
