You can find quite a few cheap fan hubs on Newegg:

Fan splitters are also an option, but they tend to look trashy.

For my motherboard, I have a Asus Z170-E which has 2 case fan plug in thingys. Is there a way to have 4 or 5 case fans with only 2 plug in things?

A fan slitter or fan hub would allow you to do that.
