Is this prebuilt a good deal? It says it's 40% off plus a $75 in rewards points. The price is in Canadian Dollars.

the only dings i give it are on the non-k MB with a K SKU CPU, 2TB fusion drive, and single channel 2133MHz DDR4

...along with dell's spam-ridden W10H image. I don't know if they are still at their old shenanigans with implementation of non-industry standard hardware forcing you to buy THEIR PSU if it takes a crap (after the year warranty is up) or upside down boards, shitty coolers, etc.

[FS][US] Corsair H115i 280mm AIO-AMD $60+shipping

System specs:
Asus Prime X370 Pro - Custom EKWB CPU/GPU 2x360 1x240 soft loop - Ryzen 1700X - Corsair Vengeance RGB 2x16GB - Plextor 512 NVMe + 2TB SU800 - EVGA GTX1080ti - LianLi PC11 Dynamic

It's not really an amazing deal.  The 40% is kinda bogus because they can make the markup as high as they want as the seller of their assembled PC.  I think for the same money you could do better on ibuypower, since they use aftermarket parts like a builder would.

You can do better.

The parts here have longer warranties and are going to run cooler.  You will have room to overclock in order to further increase performance as well.  You have a 275GB SSD instead of some dinky 32GB boot drive.

You could switch to an i5 7600K + GTX 1070, but I don't know what resolution the display you plan to use is.  For a 1920x1080 display, the RX 480 (or GTX 1060) is a good pick.
