2x more Cache than Intel.

15x less Cash than Intel.

Given motherboard sizes are defined in standard sizes how is a smaller CPU offering any benefit to the customer?

I thought they were talking about die area.

 

Smaller die = lower cost to produce = lower cost to consumers

At least in theory...

 

 

Are they really talking about the socket size? Because that would be hilariously stupid.

The wording seems wrong to be talking about die size.
