Keep looking on eBay. you might be able to find one for pretty cheap....

Yeah, either keep an eye out on eBay or check the sells area of other tech forums.

I was actually looking for something that can handle video rendering, VM, and streaming. possibly even Unity game creation. Thanks for the advice

still worse than a i5, most of those programs still like lots of single threaded performance
