Get a Cryorig M9i or a Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo.

CPU: Intel Core i7-5820K | Motherboard: AsRock X99 Extreme4 | Graphics Card: Gigabyte GTX 1080 G1 Gaming | RAM: 16GB G.Skill Ripjaws4 2133MHz | Storage: 1 x Samsung 840 Series 128GB | 1 x Seagate 1TB | 1 x WD Blue 500GB | PSU: Seasonic M12II Evo 620W | Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro (White) | Cooling: Arctic Freezer i32

Yes it would work. But you would be better off getting something like a Cryorig C7 and if you need something really slim then the C1. What case are you using?

So all intel stock coolers work?

Would recommend the Noctua NH-L9i, best mini-itx cooler.

Intel K series and X series chips no longer come with stock coolers, for an ITX built, it's unlikely you'd get that great of an overclock anyways. The Noctua NHL9i might work, I'm not sure how much room you have though.

EREBUS | 2x Intel Xeon X5670 | 60GiB DDR3 1333Mhz | 3x 146GB RAID 5 10K SAS | AMD FirePro V5900

RAGNAROK | 2x Intel Xeon E5606 | 4GiB DDR3 1333Mhz | 2x 500GB RAID 0 5.2K SATA | AMD FirePro V7900

GOBBLES | i7 7700K 5.2GHz 1.373v | RIP GTX 980

From newegg :

Max CPU Cooler Height Allowance

65 mm

The Noctua NH-l9i and CRYORIG C7 would both work.

Not all. Make sure it is an 1151 one. I would strongly recommend getting the Cryorig C7 instead:

I think he would be fine with any i7 stock cooler starting from Haswell. No OC on those though. Mounting is same over all LGA115x sockets.

An 115x copper core stock cooler should work fine especially if you undervolt.
