Lost floatplane membership?

So like, just now noticed that my membership is gone. Can't see the floatplane subforum at all.

I have email about it on the 3rd, a notice that it was renewing on the 6th, and I have a transaction on my bank transaction history on the 7th, showing the payment for $2.99

That should be fixed for you now. if anyone else has any issues with floatplane not renewing properly, please PM me (there will be other people because the root bug hasn't been fixed, and to my knowledge can't be).

I've been having the same issue the past couple of months.  I've been busy anyway and haven't had time to post, but it started when my payment failed.  Once it renewed successfully I no longer have access.

try add line script if payment transaction successful then allow renewal. if unsuccessful then disallow renewal or something similiar use reciept as proof for transaction success. bank and webservice each have copy reciept numbers as well as member and ownercontent. cross reference script

Your issue appears to be slightly different to the other people who have lost access. Can you check to make 100% sure that no payment has been taken, then send me a PM so that I can look into it further. The solution is probably going to be that you will have to manually resubscribe, but I would like to prevent that from being needed in future.

EDIT: It looks like you're using the PayPal version for Germany which doesn't support automatic renewals as far as I know. You should have received the renewal invoice on the 4th February by email. You you should be able to just resubscribe within the store to regain access.
