The least expensive aftermarket non blower style cooler from a reputable brand: Asus, EVGA, MSI.

 

My emphasis is on the least expensive and reputable brand then also picking the card that fits your build aesthetically.

I've heard that the STRIX version of the 470 has a lot of overclocking/voltage/throttling issues. Might be wrong.
