ATA to SATA adapter?

Ok, so here is the deal,

 

My neighbor gave me an old Apple PowerBook G4 and I wanted to salvage the HDD to use in my new build. The only catch is, it's and ATA HDD, so I was wondering, can you buy an adapter to use an ATA HDD with a SATA mobo?

 

Since I am to lazy to put something interesting here, I will put everything, but slightly abbreviated. Here is everything:

I don't know, but why would you want to? That is going to be a pretty slow and not very big hdd regardless.

Yes, there are IDE to SATA adapter that lets you hook up a old IDE HDD to your SATA port. If that HDD is small, then get a new HDD and get a SATA/IDE to USB adapter kit instead.

you can get usb adapters that have both IDE and sata plugs. handy things to have. look up ide usb adapter on amazon or ebay

you might find you IDE drive is slower than a usb3 flash drive and comparable in capacity

Yeah, but it is still a free HDD. And i still have a 1TB one for the rest of my system.
