4K, as in 3840x2160, is exactly 200% of 1080p. 1440p is 67% more than 1080p.

I can play at 1440p fine and get an AVG of 55-65fps, 80-95fps @ 1080p

If I use 1080p and Res Scale above 1.4x it GOES TO SHIT, so I dont think 1.67 (167%) is accurate (AS FAR AS BF1 is concerned)

Yet 1440p Native works perfectly without issue.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

If your native resolution is 1080p, 133% and 134% is slightly lower and slightly higher than 1440p. You can check it yourself by going into a BF1 server, opening the console with ~, and typing "Render.DrawScreenInfo 1." In the upper left corner, one of the things listed is "Resolution: 1920x1080 (Scaled to ####x####)."

Gotta keep in mind whether the slider is a percentage of total area, or the percentage of each axis. In the case of BF1, it's per axis. 1440p is 178% of the total pixel area of 1080p, yes, but 1920 * 1.3333 ≈ 2560 and 1080 * 1.3333 ≈ 1440. If the slider represented area, it would have to go up to 400% for 4K.
