The YotaPhone 2 in 2017. The phone with 2 screens

Back in 2014 the YotaPhone 2 was launched. It had a 5" Amoled display on the front and a 4.7" e-ink display on the back. It was a truly unique phone; but it was quite expensive; around $6-700.
Today, that same phone costs under $120 and even though it's 3 years old it's still a unique phone.

The phone is made out some type of plastic that seems somewhat rubberized, but it's quite far from making this phone feel like a premium phone. It reminds me a lot of older Nexus devices. A very unusual thing about this phone is the location of the sim card tray. It is sitting behind the volume buttons and in order to take it out you have to remove the that volume button.

For specs, we have a Snapdragon 801 CPU,  2GB Ram and 32GB of internal storage. This configuration performs quite well even today and it even gets a score of around 41000 on the Antutu Benchmark.

The phone is running Android 4.4 out of the box and you have to manually update it to Android 5 and 6 from there. Luckily it is very close to stock Android and everything works very smoothly from multitasking to gaming to the casual browsing.
The back screen is what makes this phone unique and unusual. You could use the e-ink display instead of the regular display without using that much battery. The back screen is very customizable and can mirror the front screen. Technically you can play games, browse the web, text and everything that you would do on the front screen. The e-ink display doesn't have a great refresh rate and if you are in a rush you might as well use the front screen instead.

There is only one speaker that is located at the bottom of the phone but it doesn't get too loud and this is something that we see quite a lot with all new smartphones these days.
The 8mp camera takes decent pictures even in low light conditions and it is on par with many mid-range phones these days.

Personally i got the phone for the e-ink display and for the fact that it looks super cool and well...  Because it was super cheap :)
