Only covers their mounting mechanisms and not the fan while requiring an additional purchase sadly. It would be great to see neutral themed parts (straight out of the box) since aesthetics are fast becoming the main differentiating feature between products.

i really don't understand their colour choice. baby shit brown and liver failure yellow are not exactly colours that fit easily in a lot of colour schemes

You can get them in black or grey. Although those fans are stand alone. I think they do it for brand recognition. You automatically know it's a Noctua fan when you see those shit colors.

Still worth it, as their fans are the absolute best on the market.

Wasn't it Noctua that at least used to send you new socket mounting hardware free of charge if you asked?

I remember something like this being the case.

If the OP added three letters, SKU in the title people wouldn't have to make pointless posts :P

The redux fans look bettet but still not amazing... at least they dont look like a baby just puked all over it and they were like "noone saw that just package it!".

Those brown colours is why I stopped using noctua since I do somewhat value the look of my pc's now my budget for them is higher

i read somewhere that they can't do any better with air cooling heatsinks, unless there's a breakthrough or something along those lines. could be wrong though.

You can't do better with a similar size since the conduction, convection, and radiation are the primary cooling methods in any cooler. Materials that are good at conducting are usually bad at radiating it away.
