Having Trouble finding files with TV and downloading app

Hi all

I have just bought a Sinotec Smart TV model STL-55E5600M.

I  can't seam to find the USB file explorer where you can see all the files and app that I have download on my USB stick for the Tv?

I know there a media player for the USB stick on TV but that only see's music,photo's,move files.

I have tried to download the app from the website on to the TV but it refuses to down lode?

I have tried to connect the Tv to my cellphone to transfer the file it connects all good but it does not see the files on the phone.

I have also tried to see if there where any updates for the software on the Tv and nothing ?      

I have found app that help me with all this but I can't get it on to the Tv the app is es file explorer.

Any help would be appreciated
