Powerline adapter problem

GeorgeKellow

Hi all,

Just got in from work and I have a problem. I started my pc up and treid to go on the internet and it woudn't load up anything. I did a speed test and it was 49ping 0.01 up and 0.02 down? However I tried wireless and my ping was 1 my upload speed was 20 and my download speed is 30?

Whats up with my powerline adapters?

I have my powerline adapters plugged into a switch

Have you tried turning them off and on again?

(serious question)

Yes!

Usually does the trick with powerline adapters.

Anything changed in terms of their situation? Plugged anything in near them, moved them etc?

Might be worth checking your switch is working properly too. Other than that, my only suggestion would be to reset/re-pair them and maybe leave them unplugged for a little to cool down (mine get quite toasty)

Haven't touched them since I installed them

I'll leave them unplugged when I go to football!

I'll update you
