Geforce GTX logo won't light up

So I just bought a 2nd hand EVGA reference 980ti. The card runs fine, but the geforce gtx logo doesn't light up. This is my first nvidia ref card so I don't know if some cards have leds and others don't.

I've tried the Nvidia led visualizer. Didn't work. I've just found out evga has a sepparate led controller for evga cards. I'll try that and see if it works.

You can setup your lighting in the Geforce Experience program, led visualizer; atleast if that's what's causing the issue.

Opened up the gpu. Turns out the guy put a waterblock on it and took it off right before selling it to me without testing it. The 2 pin cable wasn't plugged in properly. Thanks!
