Gtx 750 ti problems

I have been hearing that the latest nvidia drivers give you frame drops and when i play forza horizon 3 on lowest settings 1080p with gtx 750 ti i get 10 fps

SPECS:

i5 6400

Asus H110i-PLUS

Kingston 8GB RAM

HyperX 3K 120GB SSD

Western Digital Black 320GB HDD

Corsair RM550x

Fractal Design Nano S

I've heard about FH3 having bad frame rates on PC and i don't think it's just the 750 ti i have hear about AMD cards and high end Nvidia cards having similar problems with this game.
