what is the best cpu to use for intense gamming (ultra settings)  3D rendering watching movies in 4k and video editing ect?

my budget is 600$ maybe more depends on how much the benefit is.

Would defitnely wait for Ryzen. The 8C 16T seems like a rendering beast.
