Wifi Connected but no Internet

Fyfey96
Go to solution Solved by Fyfey96,

I done a Network Reset on Windows 10 and that Solved the issue.

Hey,

My Neighbor asked me to check out her WiFi/Laptop as it isn't letting her on the internet. I connected with my phone it works fine can browse the internet no bother. So The laptop is suspect, Ive reset the Router and tried the WiFi network in my house and its still the same. It connected but says "Connected, No Internet Access" & "Unidentified Network". My Phone conncets fine and i can use it but her laptop wont. I've tried disabling WiFi and checked all the settings and nothing seems out of place.

Any ideas what the issue could be?

I was gonna re-install windows but thought id try here first.

Thanks,

Alistair

I guess you have tried flushing the dns and forcing a new IP?

Also try uninstalling and reinstalling the wifi drivers

Have you tried giving the laptop a static IP?

After this I would reinstall windows
