How to create a bootable Linux USB without administrator rights?

I figured out a way to do it. I'll make a tutorial later to help other people in need.

So I need to create a bootable  Linux USB, but all I have access to is a school Linux or Windows 7 computer. But neither have administrative right. So anyone know I have to create a bootable USB without software that needs administrative permissions.
