That's good. Would it also support integrated speakers on the monitor?

DVI does not, but depending on the panel, it might have an analog input for a 3.5mm jack coming from your PC.

I've been looking on their website for the HDMI standard the motherboard supports, but I couldn't find anything. I will be running integrated graphics on the machine (low power office pc).

You can do it through the DVI port at least.

The HDMI standard is determined by the CPU. All the CPUs on that socket support HDMI 1.4a, which will support 1440p 60 Hz.
