EVGA addresses GTX10xx VRM overheat problem

Update your card's bios and request a thermal mod kit for free (product registration is required, prepare your serial number and scan/upload the invoice).

 

Check HERE if your graphics card is affected.

Old news. EVGA fixed the problem their customers found with the cards EVGA made and put a 2 on the end of the name. So its the FTW2 now. Because, reasons I guess.

They came fixed if you just walk over and grab an ek with it.

I got mine like 2wks ago and it was new stock with the new VBios and thermal pads applied
