Getting a 4K Monitor

Hey everyone, 

 

I'm planning to get one of these 4K monitors, Philips 288P6LJEB or Samsung U28E590D , 28 inch. These two are almost same price.(it cost around 650$ here)

 

Need some feedback, which one do you think is the best and why. 

 

Appreciate any help.

Personally, they're both really good brands. 

I've had a very good experience with Samsung monitors - the one I'm using at the moment is almost 10 years old and still kicking ass at 75hz
