I want to upgrade my pc

My sister recently gave me her Pc since it was blue screening due to a corrupt windows , i fixed it and now the computer is running good but i'm looking to upgrade. (Transfer)

Spec's 

Processor: Intel i7 870 2.93 GHz

Memory: 8192 Mb Ram

Nvidia GeForce Zotac GTX 960 

And a dell case ... it's ugly.

The case i'm thinking going elite, but this is what i have and i'm hoping for feedback on a better build around the same price. I want to be able to get to the point eventually upgrading to be able to play current games that are extremely beautiful ... also trying to go white and black .

I'm not quite trying to get rid of it i'm doing more of a slow upgrade / transfer 

since i'm 16 and working while going to school haha

you wont need the EVO the cpu should come with a cooler already

i don't think it does since i have searched it up so even if it did i feel like it would be a good choice to get a good reliable cooler . But i will have to look in to that thanks heavyftw =]

my usage is gaming maybe a some streaming but as of right now i don't have that great of a machine to stream

if you want to upgrade I suggest

i7 7600k/i7 4790

z270 mobo/if u ll get 4790 then z270 wont work

16 gb of ram

gtx 1080

120gb ssd/it is about ur usage

if you are on budget

i5 4460/i7 4790

8gb ram

gtx 1060

ssd

I do have a build im going after but don't know if its the best or not

I'm looking for a build that will run the upcoming games and have upgrade options for later on when i have more money, like adding another graphics card so i have two and such
