Try to hit 4.5GHz at 1.35V. If that's not stable, you're safe to push voltage up to 1.5 honestly. Of course you'll need a good cooler for that, no 212 EVO. There are options that cost $25 and are way way better than it.

Well ive got a non-leaking Raijintek Triton so i think im good.

Im pulling back at 80C unless I can hit some kick ass OC's (Like 5+GHz at around 80-90C)

Cool, even 85C is fine. And the Triton is awesome, it's too bad the acryllic on it sucks ass.

I would say try hitting 4.6GHz at the 1.35V that @Energycore stated, it's kind of an easy way to see if you have an above average chip. Going up to 1.4V is fine as long as temps are okay if you need that extra bit of volts. You should also pay attention to your voltage when stress testing to see if there is any Vdroop and if necessary adjust your LLC accordingly. Just make sure to back off your voltage if you do to see how much extra voltage is added.
