If you're using windows, go to the start menu and search "color calibrate" or "color calibration" something along those lines. Follow the on-screen instructions and when you get to the contrast section you can adjust contrast as well.

No problem! I started doing this to users' monitors at work and they love how much "newer" their 3-4 year old monitor looks.

Well, I am kinda noob when it comes to hardware.

First, I saw my friend monitor looks way better then mine, like more grey or something, first I thought its different panel (cause still i dont know model he uses), but now I am laughing at myself cause this simple trick helped me, it was gamma.

Correct me if I am wrong.

All I meant was too much gamma or too little gamma can really mess up the look of your screen, so making sure to tune it correctly will bring out the best of your monitor.

What GPU and monitor do you have? Also, what game are you trying to play?

Freesync is not GSync and is meant for AMD graphics cards. If you have a Nvidia GPU it will not work with the freesync. However the 144hz should still work. @Fieldsy12
