New build for a friend. Could use some insight.

Hi guys, coming at you with a new build for a friend. He picked most of the parts himself with my guidance. I just wanted a second opinion on what he got going.

A monitor, hard drive, keyboard, and mouse is not needed we are using those from the old system. Also, the ram we selected was not the same exact one on the list.

Patriot Viper Elite 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2400 (PC4 19200) Desktop Memory Model PVE432G240C5KRD

link for part: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16820225021

So before we set up the order I'm wanting to know:

1- Can any parts be swapped for better performance or for a better price?

2- Are there any issues with this build I'm not seeing?

3- Any input, in general, would be greatly appreciated also.

Full part list:  https://pcpartpicker.com/list/xDpf2R

Thanks in advance.

For just gaming a 6600k will be fine, depending on the games he plays.
Can get a 650w evga supernova G2 for about $80 too, same quality but save a bit of $

he'll most likely never need 32gb ram either, 16gb will be more than enough.

PC - CPU Ryzen 5 1600 - GPU Power Color Radeon 5700XT- Motherboard Gigabyte GA-AB350 Gaming - RAM 16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB - Storage 525GB Crucial MX300 SSD + 120GB Kingston SSD   PSU Corsair CX750M - Cooling Stock - Case White NZXT S340

1- I mean you should be able to swap out the CPU if its the same socket and same for the RAM and GPU

2- Build seems fine

3- As for input I think 32GB is way to much for gaming.

Looks good to me. But if I were you I would wait to see what kind of performance AMDs Ryzen is going to get.

Please Quote or tag me @GigabitXe to make sure I see your reply.

Picking out PSUs are not my forte. I usually go for what's needed and then add a bit of wiggle room for possible upgrades. He's reconsidering the ram amount.
