I have a G.Skill K780R keyboard with the software made for it http://www.gskill.com/en/download/view/ripjaws-km780-km780r-mx---mechanical-gaming-keyboard

 

I accidentally left a macro recording while doing something else, and it crashed the software.

 

I tried closing it and reopening it, and it crashed.

 

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software and it still wouldn't open

 

Does anyone know where the profiles are stored or an alternative software I could use?

I can't control the lighting with autohotkey, Unless you have a separate software for that

Check for Users\<name>\Documents and ...\AppData folders. AppData is hidden by default. Also running CCleaner should clean folders that aren't used by any software from AppData.
