Which is the 5V cable for PSU EVGA 500W Bronze

Junwei

I was reading the manual for the EVGA 500W psu and it states that it has DC output of 3.3v,5v,12v. I was thinking to buy a 5V LED strip for my pc case. However all the power cable looks the same to me, no idea where is the 5V. Will the power cable adjust it voltage accordingly to the load? Lets say i put a 12V led strip it will output 12v and if its 5v it will output 5v.

Appreciate the help!

The molex connectors have one pin that does 5V. In order from the little broken corner, it goes 12V, GND, GND, 5V

We have a NEW and GLORIOUSER-ER-ER PSU Tier List Now. (dammit @LukeSavenije stop coming up with new ones)

You can check out the old one that gave joy to so many across the land here

Sorry i dont quite get you. I cant find the little broken corner.. Anws if the molex connectors is connected to a 12V LED, wont the 5V on the molex connector affect the voltage?

Here's an easier way: The red connector on the molex does 5V.
