Needs a better power supply. How much budget do you have left?

anyway, I replaced the PSU with a GS 650W for some extra headroom and since it's got a $15 MIR it's like $10 more

$1388 after a $15 rebate. Could maybe squeeze a 7700k in there if you went for a cheaper case than the h440, like the s340 for example.

ram does count in the budget but i added the giftcards into the budget when i found them
