Be Quiet Dark Rock 3 with Corsair ML120 fans compatibility

Hey guys,

 

First time posting here.  I was wondering if anyone has tested if the fan clips on the Be Quiet Dark Rock 3 or the Dark Rock Pro 3 is compatible with the Corsair ML120 fans... or will it have the same issue as the noctua's?

I think it should be 140mm fans.

or the ML140's,  I just want those specific fans (120/140) to be mounted on the CPU cooling unit.

i own a dark rock pro 3, and the metal clips doesnt seem to fit any fans that have their mounting holes at the edge, instead of the middle of the frame

since it's tightly hooked onto the heatsink even with the mounting holes in the middle of the frame

 

but then again, you could always zip tie it or something

Mmmk, thanks for the update Moonzy.  Maybe i'll just bend the metal clips a little closer for a edge mount.
