How to apply my cpu cooler? (not fitting issue?)

Use some mild pressure. Tighten 1 screw first lightly, then tilt cooler towards other screw. Note that this recuires some force and nerves to do it.

We tried that it was too far, they won't touch.
Heres a exact video of what me and my friend did. This video explains exactly what we did. When he is screwing it in, both sides are 1cm off of the holes. We even put pressure on the CPU and the screw still do NOT reach unless we tilt 1 side which makes the other side off by 2cm.

Well, lets hope its just screw issue. While rare, they do happen.

If you don't have the correct accessories, you can contact Cyrorig for them.

If you just want to return the product because you don't like the mounting hardware, that's dependent on the store's return policy. An opened package usually isn't an issue though if you have a legitimate problem with the product.
