Adobe Ae crashing!!!

Adobe after effects keeps crashing when I do video stabilization or 3d tracking. I don't have a bootleg AE or anything like that, but I can't find the reason for it. my laptop has an a8 processor along with the intergrated radion gpu.

(It should work because I had a much worse laptop than what I have now and it worked.)

There should be crash dumps for the program somewhere, google probably knows where to find them.

You find the crash dump, you read it, then you google it to find out how you fix the error...

That's what crash dumps are for.

so didn't get that much help last time but is there anyone who can tell me how to downgrade. i know it's late but it would be a big help.

unless there is a solution. when i do 3d tracking or stabilization it crashes without sending error codes, it just says "close program"

HElP would be Greatly Appreciated.
