Define "NSFW discussion."

References and lewd comments are generally fine, though contextual.

NSFW content, however, is the reason they can't use Google ads on the forum anymore, and they were very mad about that.

I mean just general sexual stuff, discussion, like on reddit. People talk about their fun explorations, their sexual fantasies or gone wild stories and that sort of stuff. Not porn.

you can make a thread and talking about that stuff, if the mods shut you down you have your answer. also is really the best place to talk about that kind of stuff anyway?

The forum used to use Google provided ads 'cause they're easy to implement and whatnot, but then a few people started posting hentai and made the site violate Google's ad policy stuff, so they had to start implementing their own ads.
