Florida is muggy and it feels like it's consistently 120F even though I'm on the Gulf Coast.

What, max load? Yeah, no. Your CPU is fine up to 80C under full load. You aren't even close.

 

But to actual question. Second fan on cooler has few advantages. Main one is having same performance on lower fan speeds what you would get with single fan. And bit better performance under heavy loads.
