PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I have been trying to do a remote desktop to my Windows 10 Pro PC from my Chromebook with Chrome Remote Desktop. Whenever I try to connect, it says what it says on the picture! PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Did the power go out where your pc is?

Have you tried turning it off and on?

When I tried it last night both of the computers were on and my Chromebook recognized the computer. It should work but I don't know why it isn't.

Network blocking a port... pc restarted or crashed, pc went into sleep mode, that error literally just means there is no connection.

I am at home and I  was testing them right next to each other. The firewall wasn't blocking it and everything seemed to work fine until that came up.
