Nice I remember doing the same thing as a kid with my dad for the launch of the gamecube and then as an adult for Halo 4 I think. Wish I was still a kid as it's my birthday in march would love to just wake up and unwrap a free switch unfortunately I'm old now and have to buy things for myself :(

But at the same time, I feel like I spent way too much money for my son (and I) to play Zelda. haha.  The Switch isn't the only thing I ordered. Ug.

Haha It'll be worth it once you get your hands on it and see your sons face light up plus you can take it anywhere, zelda on your lunch break I'd pay top dollar for that.

Game feels nice and fluid compared to some older 3d LoZ's. my only complaint is that they mapped jump to the top face button and it feels unnatural to use. im hoping they reposition it or allow custom controls before the game launches

hmmm, i pre ordered the switch, i wonder if i should pre order Zelda as well. There aren't many Switches being released, right? i wonder if i need to worry about zelda being sold out.

slightly higher resolution think that's it I know it runs at 60fps on the switch not sure it does on the Wii U.

WiiU will only run at 30Hz if I heard correctly.
