Zalman zm-t4 cpu cooling

hello everone, iv got a pc in a zalman zm-t4 case which is a micro ATX case with an amd athlon x4 860k, with a stock amd cooler on it and iv been looking for a better cooler but struggerling to find one, also i dont know whats best because its a small case, recommendations that will definitely fit would be a great help :) it gets up to about 72 degrees while gaming and the amd stock cooler gets very loud so i want my cpu cooler and quieter when the fan is spinning

Maybe the Zalman CNPS10X Extreme or the CNPS10X Optima fit in there.

The clearence that the CNPS10X Extreme need is 170mm, you could measure it up in advance before buying, sometimes it won't fit normal cases.

I got it from chillblast about 6-7 months ago n now I'm upgrading it

and from what i can find out the cooler cant be any larger than 140mm in hight
