Most likely fake.

 

Biggest reason: if the person really wanted to claim it was real, they'd post something other than the CES pictures.

Also, no one in their right mind would sell something that is OBVIOUSLY stolen on eBay.

It's one thing to sell say, a car stereo you swiped from someone's car or something from the local electronics store whose only attention may have been the police coming down to write a report and file it away.

 

It's another thing to sell a stolen item that's made front page (if not at least a noticeable blurb) on every major site that covers technology.

 

It'd be like stealing the original Mona Lisa and selling it on Craiglist.
