Fan mounts aren't threaded so you can mount the fan inwards or outwards. The screw threads in to the fan.

As above said, the holes for the fans aren't threaded, when you screw the fans in place they'll thread themselves in so nothing to worry about.

Put fan against fan hole.

Put screw through mounting hole to screw hole on fan.

Screw in.

The screws are self-tapping and go into the fan.

Lets use the top of the case for example, hold the fan inside the case so the fan and case holes line up, drop a screw in from the top outside of the case (so the head is still outside) and screw it in from there, after a couple turns you should feel it get more resistant when it starts to thread itself into the fan.

well you see the thing is on my last post he said the same exact thing

First of all, He's partially right. he is old enough to be proficiently building PCs with no problems. it's just a question of how much you research.

also, can you point me to where he said this, because I looked though your previous posts and I don't see that comment

Also, use the fat fan screws, not those long thin rad screws some cases have.
