Cooler a cpu with car coolant?

Just out of pure curiosity, I was wondering what would happen if you used car coolant in a custom loop?

That's what they use in AIO loop with an ethylene glycol mixture and same composition of certain premixed fluids, so it's not a new concept.

Actually he said it would affect some plastic tubing.  Most antifreeze has anti corrosive additives

So by definition what are we considering "car" coolant?
