Can you trim CableMod's WideBeam RGB strips?

Title says it all.

 

Specifically, the 60cm magnetic RGB strip. 

 

Trim as in cut the end off to make it shorter.

Yes, but it has to be done at the correct cutting points. On the magnetic strips, it can be a bit harder, as the magnets are where you would cut.
