[BUDGET PC] First Build Help?

This is regarding my first ever PC Build so please be a little specific, and in advance I thank you!

So i'm looking for a relatively good build at around 400-750 Euros budget.

I'd like to run ARK Survival Evolved with some pretty good looking graphics, and also i'd like to use it for programming.

I'm a gamer so obviously i'll want to play more games other than ARK:SE so can you please tell me a few games your selected builds can run? And if they have flaws list them?

Thank you for helping and reading this post!

You're going to need an overclocked 7700K and a titan XP to do that, isn't that game still horrible optimized?

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

It is horribly optimized yes, I did say that I want it to run ARK with "pretty good" or decent graphics but not MAX.

You should wait for the overclocking i3 if you're going to try and run ARK well

It probably needs a Z270 board to overclock though, although you'll get need 5ghz with a 4 thread chip, should be enough to run anything well for 60hz gaming

if you get a Z270 board with the overclocking i3 might as well try for 3000mhz RAM, may help

Start here, went overkill on the RAM
