Would I have to drill a hole or is there any other case you recommend to water cool in I know the fractal define s but I feel like too many people use that and i heard it not all that good of a case or should I stay with the x71

This person used soft tubing but could i do the same thing he did but with hard tubing but maybe cut the grommet out

I have no real experience with the x71, but it looks pretty nice for water cooling from the marketing a least. Phanteks makes nice cases too, I use an Enthoo Luxe, and love it for watercooling, but it will only take 1 360 rad and 1 240 rad.

 

As far as soft tubing goes, you could use it to pipe the basement of your system, but bear in mind that you'll need different fittings for that.
